THE EMPIRE STATE OF USA GYMNASTICS

All registrations for the NY State championships must be done on the USAG Registration system and payment made in Meetmaker. Registrations made inside USAG on time, but payment made Late will still be assessed a LATE FEE.
The Final date for REGULAR Registration is 4 weeks PRIOR to the FIRST day of the State Championship.

We will continue to accept registrations in USAG until 1 week BEFORE the FIRST day of the State Championship, but a $50.00 per athlete LATE CHARGE will be added onto your regular state registration fee.
We suggest that all clubs register all potential NY state championship qualifiers early to avoid any late charges, and then scratch those that did NOT qualify.
The FINAL date for scratches will be Midnight 1 week BEFORE before the start of the meet. NY State gymnastics will Refund any scratches , as long as they are scratched in Meetmaker.

- YOUR REGISTRATION/SCRATCH IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL ITS PROCESSED IN MEETMAKER.
- No LEVEL changes will be accepted AFTER the DECLARATION DATE
